💻 Local Setup (XAMPP)

1. Clone or Download: Place the project folder into your XAMPP htdocs directory (e.g., C:\xampp\htdocs\Review_ExploitInject).
2. Start XAMPP: Open the XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.
3. Database Setup:
   • Open http://localhost/phpmyadmin/.
   • Create a new database named exploitinject_reviews.
   • Click on the Import tab and select the schema.sql file provided in the project root.
   • Click Go to execute the SQL.
4. Configure Connection:
   • Open includes/db.php in your code editor.
   • Ensure the credentials match your local setup (usually user = 'root' and pass = '').
5. Run: Access the site at http://localhost/Review_ExploitInject/.

☁️ Hosting Setup (Hostinger / Shared Hosting)

1. Upload Files:
   • Log in to your Hostinger hPanel.
   • Go to File Manager and upload all files into the public_html directory (or a subdirectory).
2. Database Setup:
   • Go to Databases -> MySQL Databases in hPanel.
   • Create a new database and a database user. Note down the Database Name, Username, and Password.
3. Import SQL:
   • Open phpMyAdmin from your Hostinger panel for the new database.
   • Import the schema.sql file.
4. Update Configuration:
   • Open includes/db.php using the File Manager's editor.
   • Replace the host, db, user, and pass values with the credentials you created in Step 2.
   • Note: Host is usually 'localhost' or an IP provided by Hostinger.
5. SSL (Optional but Recommended): Ensure your domain has SSL (HTTPS) active for secure form submissions.

Warning

For security, please change the admin password immediately after logging in for the first time by updating the admins table in your database.
