The --watch-path documentation says the option is only supported on macOS and Windows.

node/doc/api/cli.md

Lines 4042 to 4044 in 12ce819

This option is only supported on macOS and Windows.
An `ERR_FEATURE_UNAVAILABLE_ON_PLATFORM` exception will be thrown
when the option is used on a platform that does not support it.

But it has been supported on Linux since #45098.
#45098 also removed the same note from doc/api/fs.md, but missed this copy in doc/api/cli.md.

This updates doc/api/cli.md to remove the outdated note and regenerates doc/node.1.

Verified on Linux: https://github.com/motokaneyuki/node/actions/runs/38692003308
