エフェクトの依存値に関する訳語を統一する
「リアクティブなエフェクトのライフサイクル」に残っている dependency の訳語を、日本語版 Wiki の方針に合わせて修正します。
/learn/removing-effect-dependenciesへのリンク文言を、リンク先のタイトル「エフェクトから依存値を取り除く」に統一（2 箇所）。コード例、リンク先 URL、見出しアンカー、改行構造は変更していません。
検証：対象ページの textlint、git diff --check が成功。コードブロック・リンク先 URL・行数が変更前と一致することも確認済み。サイトの起動とブラウザ表示は未確認です。
